Dosha, Bhom Dosha or Angaraka Dosha, or Manglik Dosh" in Vedic Astrology. Resulting problems in marriage life or
partnership situations. The person will also have to endure hardships in the marriage generated by the spouse. As the person
with
Kuja Dosha does not have the nature to victimize the spouse.
The mechanics of Kuja Dosha are such, it causes the a person with Kuja Dosha to be attracted to a partner who by his/her
very nature can not blend or function compatibly for any great length of time with that person.

 Mangal dosha is a commonly found dosha. This dosha is also called Kuja dosha or Bhauma dosha. This dosha occurs when the
placement of Mars in the horoscope is in certain houses that cause malefic influences. People, in whose natal chart Mars is
placed inauspiciously, are called Mangliks.
Mangal dosha occurs when Mars is placed in the - ascendant, the second, fourth, seventh, eighth or twelfth house of the horoscope.
To ascertain this dosha, some of the ancient Rishis (learned men) of India also checked the Chandra Kundli or the Lunar horoscope.
People of both sexes can be Manglik. If a boy having Mangal dosha is married to a girl having Mangal dosha then the malefic affects are nullified leading to
prosperity and a happy married life.
The most famous myth about being a Manglik is that if he/she is married to a non-Manglik then the spouse is bound to die. This does not happen to everybody.
Such predicament is only true for horoscopes, which have a severely afflicted Mars. A good astrologer can do this determination. Approximately 42% of
the population are supposed to be of Mangliks.
This dosha or fault has varying degrees. Some people can be strong Mangliks and some maybe mild. The milder dosha can be treated by prayers or chanting
under
the supervision of a Priest or an astrologer. It is not always necessary that the milder Mangliks have to get married to a manglik. They can easily lead a

with non-Mangliks too.

Following are the combinations when the Manglik Dosha does not exist. .Before someone terms you a manglik check if these yogas are present in your chart. If they are then you are not a manglik.
These have also been verified in practice. REMEMBER THERE IS NOTHING KNOWN AS DOUBLE MANGLIK DOSHA.
- When Mars is in its own sign (Aries, Scorpio), exalted (Capricorn) or in the houses owned by PLANETS SUPPOSED to be his friends (Sun, Jupiter, Moon) manglik dosha gets cancelled.
- If Mars is in the 2nd house but in Gemini, Virgo sign then the manglik dosha gets cancelled
- If Mars is in 12th house but in Taurus, Libra then the manglik dosha gets cancelled.
- If Mars is in 7th house but in Cancer, Capricorn then the manglik dosha gets cancelled.
- If Mars is in 8th house but in Sagittarius, Pisces no dosha exists.
- For Cancer and Leo ascendant Mars is a yogakaraka( a beneficial influence) wherever it may be no dosha at all.
- For Aquarius ascendant Mars in the 4th/8th house then the manglik dosha gets cancelled.
- If benefic Jupiter or Venus is in ascendant no dosha.
- If Mars is in conjunction or aspected by Jupiter or Moon no dosha.
- If Mars is in conjunction/aspected by Sun, Mercury, Saturn, Rahu then the manglik dosha does not exist.

1. The way out of Kuja Dosha is for a person with Kuja Dosha to Marry an Another with Kuja Dosha
2. If the first house is Aries or Mesha and Mars is in Aries the Kuja Dosha is not effective as Aries is the Own House of Mars. |
